Contract Terms

All agreements are month-to-month

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice

Agreements automatically renew monthly if notice is not given

One month deposit required prior to move-in
Access & Security

24-hour access to a gated yard

Yard is unsupervised

Security cameras may be present, but continuous monitoring is not guaranteed

Licensee understands that theft, vandalism, and damage are possible risks

By renting space at Box Yard, Licensee agrees not to hold Box Yard liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles, containers, equipment, or materials stored on site.
Shared Yard Conduct

This is a shared contractor yard used by multiple businesses

Licensee agrees to act professionally and maintain good community relations

Licensee agrees not to contact or enter another contractor's yard
Use of Yard & Containers

Outdoor storage is for commercial vehicles and trailers only

Only insured and operational vehicles and trailers may be stored outside a container
-
Only shipping containers owned by Box Yard are permitted in the yard
-
Shipping containers may not be modified in any way (no painting, drilling, welding, cutting, or permanent changes)
Parking & Assigned Spaces

Licensee may only park within their assigned space
-
Parking in non-designated areas may result in:
– Vehicle booting
– Warning notices
– Towing at Licensee’s expense -
Gate must be locked upon exit every time
Utilities & Trash
-
No utilities provided
-
No trash receptacles on site

Licensee may operate their own generator if needed

All trash and debris must be removed by Licensee
Permitted Use
Box Yard is intended for commercial contractor use only.
By leasing space at Box Yard, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these terms and yard rules.
